We are filled with gratitude for your continued support and loyalty. 2024 has been a year of growth, innovation and staying true to our century-old commitment to Quality Without Compromise. As we innovate and grow, we ensure that every piece of candy we produce meets the high standards set by Mary See over a century ago. We like to think that everything we do would Make Mary Proud, and we hope it makes you proud to be part of the See’s family too.

This year, we’ve had the pleasure of introducing exciting new products that quickly became customer favorites. We are also working to ensure your e-commerce experience lives up to the standard of excellence you expect from our retail shops. We’ve also expanded our presence, opening new locations and bringing the joy of See's to even more communities both here and abroad.

I avoid sharing challenges we experience as a business here, as you care most about us providing the best candy and service possible, and our job is to do that with a smile. That said, I would share that our cost of chocolate has nearly tripled in the last year. The worldwide cocoa market has experienced the biggest cost increases in history, and for many in our industry, it is compelling cost-cutting measures and changes.

While others are looking to substitute cocoa butter with vegetable fats or to reduce the amount of chocolate on pieces, we are choosing to stay on the See’s path — aiming to stay a cut above and to never cut corners on quality for you. Our commitment to bring you the best products on a pound-for-pound basis will not change. We want to continue to earn what we hear in survey after survey — See’s provides the best value in candy. We want to keep it that way!

As we enter the holiday season — our busiest and most exciting time of year — we have some wonderful offerings for you. Back by popular demand, our Holiday Bordeaux, Milk Marshmallow Patties and Dark Mint Chocolate Chip are special delights available for a short time, so try them while you can! We also have some beautiful and fun new items, including our all new Christmas Eve Tin, our Oh Christmas Tree Box and our fun holiday boxes packed just for kids.

Your loyalty inspires us to continually improve while honoring our heritage. Looking forward to 2025, we're excited about the plans we have to serve you even better. From refining our processes to expanding our offerings, every change we make is with you, our valued customer, in mind.
