How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

We ask for a 4-5 week lead time that includes delivery. The lead time starts once the artwork is approved by customer and is submitted to our production team. This allows enough time for the sleeves to be printed, candy to be packed, and delivery to be made.

Can I include a gift message or card?

Accepted Answer

At this time, we cannot include a gift message or card to logo order. We encourage to add your personalization to the artwork itself.

Can I ship to multiple people?

We do offer to ship to multiple recipients, shipping rates apply per recipient.

Question 4

Is there any discounts on shipping?

Accepted Answer

We offer free shipping for orders over $500 going to a single address. We currently do not offer shipping promotions on multiple recipient orders.

Question 5

Can I see a sample of how the custom sleeves look?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide a digital sample of your design on the sleeve.

Question 6

Can I place or pick up a custom order in a shop?

Accepted Answer

At this time, we do not offer customized sleeves in shop, as they are printed and packed by a dedicated team.

Question 7

Can I add on to my order after it is placed or will I have to wait the 4-5 week lead time?

Accepted Answer

We are not able to add additional sleeves under the 50 minimum requirement and the lead time of 4-5 weeks will apply. We encourage to add the full amount of sleeves needed on initial order to prevent having to wait an additional 4-5 weeks.
