Peanut Butter Patties Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 box dark chocolate cake mix

• 12–16 See’s Peanut Butter Patties, chopped coarsely

• 1 container ready-made chocolate frosting or chocolate recipe of choice

• 6 See’s Peanut Butter Patties, cut into ½ for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350°. Line muffin pans with paper baking cups.

2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.

3. Add chopped See’s Peanut Butter Patties and blend well.

4. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.

5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6. Cool completely before frosting.

7. Frost cooled cupcakes and garnish with ½ cut See’s Peanut Butter Patties.
